How do I get a quote?

Yes, completely free and no-obligation. We walk the property, take measurements, and give you a price. You decide from there whether to book.

When should I book?

We recommend booking by mid-October to secure your preferred install date. November slots fill up fast. If you're reading this in September or early October, now is a great time to request a quote.

How much does it cost?

Every home is different, so every quote is too — but most of our residential displays land between $1,000 and $2,000. That covers commercial-grade lights, a design made just for your home, our "Holidays Stay Lit" guarantee, and a dedicated team that's with you from the first sketch to the after-season takedown. We'll walk your property together at your free site visit and give you a competitive, fair number on the spot — no surprises, no upsells, just an honest price for honest work.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we collect a small deposit to hold your install date after the site visit. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.

Do you offer any discounts?

What kind of lights do you use?

We use commercial-grade LED lights — the same quality used on professional retail and municipal displays. They're brighter, more energy-efficient, and far more durable than the box-store strands most homeowners use.

Do I need to supply anything?

Just an accessible outdoor power outlet. We bring everything else — lights, clips, extension cords, and all the hardware. If your outlet situation is unusual, we'll flag it during the site visit.

How long does the install take?

Most residential installs take 2–4 hours depending on the size of the home and the scope of the display. We'll give you a more specific estimate after the site visit.

Will you damage my gutters or roof?

No. We use purpose-built clips that attach without nails, staples, or adhesive. The same clips used by professional installers nationwide — they hold securely and leave no marks.

Can I choose the colors or style?

Yes. We'll talk through your preferences during the site visit — warm white, cool white, multicolor, or a specific palette. We design the layout around your home's architecture, not a generic template.

What if a bulb burns out or a clip comes loose?

We fix it for free. In-season repairs are included in every install. Just let us know and we'll schedule a time to come out.

What if there's a storm?

Our clips and installation method are designed to handle typical winter weather. If a storm causes damage, that falls under our free in-season repair coverage.

Do I control when the lights turn on?

Yes. We supply fused digital timer devices on every installation to ensure safety, controllability, and ease of use for you. Just set your preferred on/off times and you're all set — no extra equipment needed.

When do you take the lights down?

We schedule takedowns in January, typically the first two weeks after New Year's. We'll coordinate a specific date with you in advance.

What happens to the lights after takedown?

We store all the equipment in our own inventory. You don't need to find space for a box of lights in your attic. When you book again next season, we bring everything back.

What if I want to keep the lights?
